New construction of a two-story 33,000 sf office building containing executive offices, a computer center equipped with alternate power source, fm-200 fire protection system, employee office space, and a full service bank complete with four drive-up lanes. Site work includes 104,000 sf of concrete paving with water retention considerations for landscape integral with the paving design.
