G. W. Carver Primary School

Project consisted of construction of a new primary school in Gonzales, Louisiana for Ascension Parish School Board. The single-story building spanned 82,000 sf to house educational classrooms and administration offices. The structure is comprised of grade beams, slab-on-grade, lightweight CMU , interior metal studs, VCT, linear metal ceiling systems, casework, food service equipment, membrane roof system, exterior brick veneer with cast stone features. The site work included 115,000 sq. ft. of new concrete paving and sidewalks, new sewer treatment plant, subsurface drainage, aluminum canopies, playground equipment, and basketball court.
