PMAC Basketball Practice Addition – $14M

A 36,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing PMAC Facility. The addition requires removal of the existing concourse ramps to be replaced with Stadia Stairs. The structure contains two regulation size basketball courts for Men’s and Women’s basketball practice. New locker rooms, conference rooms, and media rooms finish the interior. An elevator will provide access to the second floor viewing and media area which leads to walkways above the practice arenas. Precast concrete, True Stucco, and Metal Panels complete the exterior to complement the existing façade of the PMAC. A high end finishes package featuring porcelain tile, terrazzo flooring, and polished block will coordinate with University colors.
